  • After being very unwell for quite a long period of time I really wanted to start feeling good about myself. I lacked any energy, strength & motivation. I needed to work on my bone density but be careful with my joints, so I booked myself a consultation with Lea – she was fantastic, so easy to talk to & always giving lots of good advice. Lea tailored our sessions especially for me, which included working on posture, building my energy levels & strength and giving me great nutritional advice. Previously I never liked to go to the weights area on my own as wasn’t really sure what I was doing but now I have the confidence and know how to go into the weights area, on my own, and workout. Friends & family all comment on how well I’m looking and I’ve got more energy now than what I’ve had in a long time. Lea has really helped me get my life back on track – she’s fantastic  Kelly
