Ingredients
  1. 100g Dark Chocolate
  2. 4 Tablespoons Coconut Cream
  3. 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
  4. 3.75 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
  5. 3 Tablespoons Arrowroot Flour
  6. 1/4 Cup Sifted Coconut Flour
  7. 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  8. Salt
  9. 150ml Pure Maple Syrup
  10. 1/4 Cup Light Olive Oil
  11. 2 Eggs, whisked
  12. 1/2 Cup Cooked, Mashed Pumpkin (I use Jap)
Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to 165 degrees.
  2. Place chocolate, coconut cream, cocoa powder & coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat unit melted.
  3. In a bowl combine arrowroot flour, coconut flour, baking soda & salt. Add the melted chocolate mixture & the maple, oil, eggs & pumpkin to the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix well & pour into a greased or lined baking tray.
  5. Cook at 165 degrees for 20 minutes.
  6. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
